Hello everyone,

My name is Linda Atchison and I have been in Real Estate since 1985. Before moving here, I lived in a small town in Iowa where I worked at a Marina selling Boats and raising 8 kids. I was widowed at the age of 32, so this was a full-time job. When I moved to Arizona, my 4 older kids were already in college and the Military, so I brought the four younger ones to reside in Arizona. We fell in love with Payson, and I proceeded to get my Real Estate License the first year here. With the kids in school and working at restuarants on weekends, I sold a lot of houses to their teachers and friends. If they saw anyone at the restuarant looking at a Real Estate magazine, they would dig in their apron pocket and give them my business card!

I remarried in the 90's to Ed Atchison  and had a great partner in Real Estate and my life. My family has had a great part in my success in Real Estate. (Have sold over a dozen homes just to my kids  over the years!)Unfortunately, I was widowed again in 2003 and am on my own again.

I have been President of our local Board of Realtors and have had many years as a member of  the Board of Directors.

I have my Brokers License and have served on many committees such as Professional Standards, Ethics, membership, and others. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of Residential Institute (GRI) I have received awards each year since I have been in Real Estate including Chairman Circle Awards, Presidential Awards, and Leading Edge.

I love my job and the most fulfilling thing I can do is to put the right family in the right home at the right price! I will bring you professional and friendly service.
